Hi this is Rynell, thanks to everyone for your inputs. Sorry for my delay, I've been involved in football. Anyway, I have a great coach Willie Davis, he firm, focused and knows what I have to do to be successful. He cares alot about anyone in his program. They don't have to be number one, but they have to train to be number one. Good warm up stretches before practice and cool down stretches really help. Pray before and after you run.
