GREENSBORO, NC — In a historic 2-mile race won by California distance runner German (pronounced: HURR-mahn) Fernandez (8:34.40), Colby Lowe of Texas clinched a bronze medal and posted a state of Texas, 2-mile record time of 8 minutes, 47.07 seconds.
