NEIL TISHER & SHADE WEYGANDTWALNUT, CALIFORNIA — Pole vaulters Neil Tisher and Shade Weygandt, who, respectively, placed fifth and first in the intermediate girls division at the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics, smile for Jump Texas readers and delight in the metallic rewards of competition. Weygandt vaulted 12-feet-5 ½ and Tisher 11-feet-5 ¾.
